Overcomer Community Development Centre (OCDC) is proud to play a major role in the lives of all who come to utilize its numerous resources. For the past 17 years, Thousand of people, adult, youths, children have participated in our programs. They created life long relationships, learned new skills, and connected with the fabulous, dedicated volunteers. The next time you come to OCDC, look around and think about the experiences all of the people you see will take home with them.

Philosophy of OCDC
OCDC is a social outreach with the mission to rebuild communities from the inside out with a comprehensive program designed to improve and enrich the lives of youth and families. It is our conviction that true change must come from the inside out. Therefore, in order to impact lives, we must address the moral and spiritual foundations upon which those lives are built, while simultaneously meeting felt needs.
OCDC will provide a hand –up, not hand-out. OCDC provides holistic long-term, not short term solutions by meeting needs in a way that changes how people think, which ultimately determines how they live.
